The mutation testing highlighted there might be missing unit tests for from_data_typed but there needs to be created a default for TupleData to check it.

The steps for making sure the from_data_typed function has its possible outcomes caught are:

• [ ] create default for TupleData
• [ ] remove the skip header
• [ ] then check if mutation tests are caught for these cases:
