[clarity] sBTC Nakamoto 1:1 Comparison With Mini

This is a general issue for reviewing the sBTC-mini contracts against the new Clarity Design document. A lot of the contracts we'll need in sBTC-Nakamoto were at least partially researched in sBTC-mini.

The goal of this issue is summarize all contracts, functions, & data-structs that can be re-used in sBTC-Nakamoto.
