Description

Remove overzealous codecov comments.

Context / Purpose

Codecov is obviously horrified by our testing standards, and hollers that into the darkness every chance it gets within our pull requests. This ticket is to get it to quiet down within the pull request diff but to keep the codecov report within the PRs themselves.

Example: PR diff

Steps

  • [ ] Adjust the Codecov settings to stop commenting on PR diffs
  • [ ] Merge a PR that adjusts those settings.

Artifacts / Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Merge a PR that silences codecov's pr diff comments.

Alternatively, you can change the settings in github to not show annotations
