Adds Python 3 compatibility

Thanks for this. This is helpful. I needed to get a jump start. Now I am tracing down the various issues that pop up. The first I noticed was that Keylib was not quite compatible with Python3. However, this just requires adding the dot in front of the modules in the init.py
