This github account is being deleted: all code under repos not owned by me will remain: production not impacted)
Github Account Deletion
-
I will be deleting my github acount
-
Github Policy:
-
all code in repositories I do not own will remain (production will not be impacted), and the username of my soon to be deleted github account will be replaced with github general ghostuser account https://github.com/ghost which will pop up on any associated code that may or may not remain in any repos owned by blockstack at the time I deved in them.
-
You can read more here about how code is impacted by github account deletions here: [https://docs.github.com/en/account-and-profile/setting-up-and-managing-your-personal-account-on-github/managing-your-personal-account/deleting-your-personal-account](https://docs.github.com/en/account-and-profile/setting-up-and-managing-your-personal-account-on-github/managing-your-personal-account/deleting-your-personal-account

Stack forum Archive Former Admin Profile Account:
Stack forum Archive User Account change Requests
Change Username
Instead of deleting the account & all the helpful troubleshooting comments for devs keep the comments (especially the help/troubleshooting comments for devs) available for review but just change the username associated with it.
- Stacks forum Admin Profile https://forum.stacks.org/u/ "myusername"/summary
Username change
- change to randomized number | or "former_gaia_dev" or "former_admin" or something mundane like this
bio change
- delete website in bio
Profile pic change
- profile picture can leave or just change to black
or account Deletion
If that does not work (we had discussed it's a maybe it will work but not sure) I would request deletion of the account since it is an archived forum/no longer active since the move to discord.
muneeb, jwiley, aaron, jude, hank, ken, moxie, thomas, matt (the devs I worked with or tangled with their code the most) thank you for the privilege to learn by coding with you on fun things.
Best.
