[Edit Docs] Updates to the sBTC Docs

Updates to the sBTC docs:

1. Refresh screenshots to match the new UI on How To Use sBTC Bridge
2. Add link to the sBTC bridge (new URL) on the bridge guide.
3. Add guide for minting sBTC through ForDeFI UI.
4. Simplify docs pages such as minting times to make info more accessible.
5. Add sBTC security page to the docs. This should be a definitive resource on the sBTC security model. We could upgrade the audit page to focus on this.

@kenrogers ? looks like you did the previous doc, can you and @andre-stacks get the updates ready or is there a PR being worked on to address?

as an update, items 2 and 3 have been addressed.

currently working on items 4 and 5, depending on time constraints, these maybe reflected in the new docs format to be released later this month.

@ECBSJ I also added a request for sBTC security to the docs (#5). Would you mind adding this to your list as well?
