Make it possible for any admin to email apps with sendgrid

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, I bcc all app founders with app mining communications. This can be confusing to founders with multiple apps, as they're unsure which app is being referred to.

Describe the solution you'd like Would be ideal if we could simply input messaging and trigger individual emails per app.
