Maker portal: Better status for the "Image quality check complete" state

When you finish the ID upload, the external platform says "Image quality check complete"

Does this mean I'm done? Is my ID verified? I think this state is really "ID verification pending, we will notify you if there are any problems..."

It might be nice if our UI shared this state. For example:

Thanks for uploading your identity verification materials. Your verification is pending. We will reply via email if your verification requires any additional steps.

This confirmation interaction works for me during my tests. However, there's a typo with "participation" in the message:

I would also recommend that we change this page's navigation label from "Document Signing" (which is quite generic) to "Participation Agreement" (which is more specific, descriptive, and consistent).
