Uploaded avatar images should have metadata stripped by the browser before upload to Gaia. Otherwise, users may unexpectedly leak geo-location or other sensitive information.

This epic pertains to resolving various usability problems with our current custom Gaia hub configuration capabilities [as introduced to the onboarding flow in Q4 2018](https://forum.blockstack.org/t/user-choice-of-gaia-hub-now-available-during-onboarding/7026). cc @zone117x
