Load and authenticate apps using Blockstack IDs not centralized DNS and Certificate Authorities

On the home page when I click on an app I am taken to a traditional Web 2.0 site that relies on the centralized domain name and certificate authority systems. I would like to use apps that are loaded and authenticated using their Blockstack ID so I have no reliance on centralized third-parties when using Blockstack apps.
