Give users ability to switch between names owned by the same address

Somehow one of my addresses ended up owning more than one name. However the browser doesn't seem to give me a way to switch between which name I want to use/ edit the profile of. I would like to have a way to see all of the names owned by each address on the "All identities" page and have a way to switch between which name I want to actively use.

Edit: there's a related issue about showing all of the names owned by an address (https://github.com/blockstack/blockstack-browser/issues/1121) so I narrowed the scope of this to only be about giving users a way to switch between which name they want to use.
