Error in creation of new usernames

This is coming in from a user in support who has been sent this issue to add to. He also included the attached image.

Hi there, In the last week, I've been trying to create a new Blockstack usernames with no success. The problem exists for both old and new user accounts.

As many Blockstack apps depend on usernames to work, this is a big problem for all developers and users.

How to replicate:

-Create a new identity -Search for a username -Select register for free -At this point I see the screen attached

Is this a known issue? How can we solve this?_

Hey @ryanarndtcm , the only cause that is known for this is if there was a rate-limiter error on the subdomain registrar - or if the subdomain registrar hit an error at this particular point. I would ask the user if they've been trying to register multiple IDs, or if others on the same IP are doing so. If not, then they can try again to register an ID.
