update all dependencies to latest

I'm using this package, but I needed to get protobufjs >= 7.2.4 due to a vulnerability in earlier versions. This required migrating from grpc to @grpc/grpc-js.

As long as I was at it, I updated all of the dependencies to their latest versions. Everything is working well for me. The only part I'm not sure about is the husky 4 to 8 update.
