Weird refresh behavior on Android PWA

Describe the bug

On the stacker news pwa I noticed a strange behavior when reloading the page: first of all the "pulldown to refresh" text is partially shown or is not shown at all, the action is interrupted by the native chrome refresh, once the refresh action is completed, first 2 parallel white loading bars are shown and when they are completed the SN loading bar is shown

Steps To Reproduce

Refresh any page on Android PWA

Expected behavior

Chrome native refresh disabled and "pull down to refresh" message is visible
