[Feature request] Show muted and subscription

Describe the problem you're trying to solve

Some stackers were asking me who am I subscribed (following) on SN and what users I muted. I cannot show them that only with a screenshot.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make mute lists public or private, with a tick box. Each user should decide. Make subscription list also public or private. Once the user select "public" box, will be displayed in his profile as the territory.
