Describe the problem you're trying to solve

I ve been using Blink as wallet to send and receive.

This is the 2nd time (that my send key disapeared). I m quite sur i did not do any wrong manipulation as to be effective i would have clicked on the save button.

i ve been trying to look into the logs but i ve not information saying that my send key is missing .

Describe the solution you'd like

is there a way to received a message to inform me when the key is missing ? or something similar ?

Describe alternatives you've considered

Did you clear browser data? Did you logout? The key on your device is cleared in these cases.

If that's the case and you haven't enabled device sync in your settings already, you can enable it to prevent this from happening.

I ve just noticed that once more, my wallet sending configuration disapered.

In the logs, except when today i configured it, there are no traces of sending message (oldest logs is on March the 26th)

11m [blink] ok sending enabled 11m [blink] ok details for sending saved 11m [blink] ok receiving enabled 11m [blink] ok details for receiving updated 11m [blink] ok BTC wallet found

On may 19th, when this ticket has been created, i should be able to view in the logs when i configured my wallet sending, no ?

Sorry for the slow response and that I didn't follow-up on this last time!

I can still see your encrypted Blink wallet credentials for sending on the server.

I can also see that there are wallet logs all the way back to May 2, 2025. However, I can't see the logs for sending wallets because we don't store them on the server, they are stored on your device.

Since you mentioned you can't see the logs for the sending wallet, it does sound like your device does no longer have the wallet logs, so I assume it also no longer has the key to decrypt the wallet. Can you show me a screenshot of the device sync page? If you really no longer have the key, it should not say "connected."

Did you clear browser data and/or cache? Is your device running out of space?

Sorry for the bad experience, how the wallets work will soon change a lot, so this should no longer happen.
