Feature request: Automagically convert @[email protected] to markdown

Since SN uses the same identifier for a nym as does Twitter (prefixed with "@" symbol), and when someone drops a Twitter @screenname, SN will add markdown and try to make it a link to a profile on SN for that nym.

What SN could do is recognize the @twitter.com global domain namespace such that an SN user could type @[email protected] and when that comment or Discussion post is submitted SN will create the markdown appropriate for a Twitter profile.

If this is done for @Twitter.com, there are other social media profiles which could benefit from this well, like perhaps Instagram.com and maybe even a few Fediverse domains (e.g., BitcoinTV.com, BitcoinHackers.org, etc.) which are referenced in Issue #93
