Properly render Code in Social Preview image (aka Twitter Card Summary)

The Twitter card capture is not rendering properly when a Discussion post has Code in it. It is ignoring CR/LF, if nothing else.

There is a similar, closed issue, Issue #99, but I don't think this is closely related.
