Switch sf`` to css``

Its better practice and to set a better usage example to switch tagged template functions to css instead of sf. This was a suggestion generated by @yoshuawuyts when reviewing https://github.com/stackcss/sheetify/pull/165, and I'm just writing it down so I don't forget to sent a subsequent PR to improve this detail.
