Improve documentation on "Languages Configuration"

From the documentation of the Languages Configuration it does not become apparent how one would find the correct language ID, to change the style for a specific language / file type.

Maybe you could point to the respective VSC Language ID documentation, from which one can infer to press CTRL + K M (Change Language Mode) to list all languages.

I think this would be helpful.
