stuck on installing dependencies

Hi , my project wont start because its stuck in the "installing dependencies" fase

Steps to reproduce

go to the project page

Expected behavior

to do the booting /installing and running fase to start the project

Parity with Local

• [x] I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
