Not Recognizing Subscription

Describe the bug

I'm trying to upload a video. It told me I needed to upgrade due to file size.

I upgraded but I still can't load the video.

Steps to reproduce

drag video to public folder

modal pops up that shouldn't pop up any longer

Expected behavior

Able to load the video

Parity with Local

We noticed that the project you shared is not public. Please change the visibility of the project to either secret or public.

I've updated to secret. This doesn't seem like a code issue though. It seems like the application isn't recognizing my subscription.
