The settings window keeps scrolling down by it self

Describe the bug

When editing the settings the editor keeps scrolling a couple of pixels every three seconds or so.

Steps to reproduce

1 Open the settings window and just wait.

Expected behavior

The editor scrolls down a couple of pixels every three-four seconds or so by it self. I remember having the same problem the last time I tried it. It's just the settings window that is affected.
