Unable to create a repository in stackblitz

Steps to reproduce

I create a website on bolt.new I deploy project Open website on stackblitz Attempt to create a repository Button loads for 0.5 second with the text saying authorise then button doesn't respond as if anything happened

Expected behavior

Create a repository on accoumt

Parity with Local

• [x] I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.

Additional context

I had deleted my github account because I had a previous issue with the github app not linked. (causing me to not be able to create a repository)

I tried many steps to resolve the issue and didn't work so I thought by deleting my github account and starting brand new would solve it. but now butto doesn't even respond.
