github app not updating as connected

Describe the bug

When I try to create a repo from my project, it tells me github app needs to be installed. I install (or click install and see it's already installed and fully permissed) and then i click update status from stackblitz, and it still shows as not installed.

Did you create your account via GitHub or via Google? I'm wondering if there's something wrong there if you sign in with Google.
