The same behaviour happens locally for me:
It shows up unstyled, then eventually the CSS loads and it renders correctly.
So this appears to be working correctly. Can you wait and see if the CSS loads correctly for you? I don't believe this is an issue with StackBlitz.
I waited but it's not working. Actually I am using this app on my mobile. That might be an issue.
