Should "Booting WebContainer" be an extra step always added to the `BootScreen`?

Right now, when WebContainer is booting or if it fails to boot, this information is not reflected within the Prepare Environment screen. Instead, you have to open the terminal to get any information:

Should there be a mandatory first step that always says Booting WebContainer?

We could make this configurable via the prepareCommands attribute or if it's not configurable then the text could be set a property within the i18n data.
