Have both US & UK links

So, I'm not sure that this is possible, but could we have US & UK links to resources on Amazon.com?

@jrgifford hey - I agree that this would be useful. I am not 100% sure how I could lay this out to make it easy to see US and UK amazon links - got any suggestions?

Perhaps a table? I think github markdown supports tables...
