[Feature request] [self-hosted] pre-configure email templates (or have an api for it)

Hello,

I'd like to deploy the self-hosted server, but i would also like to avoid manual configuration/update and rely on CI/CD for it.

Is there an api or env vars to update the email templates? Could we have those? It doesn't have to be very fancy, i guess a simple api could do, or even static files to mount in the container.
