Fern upgrade

Upgrades fern version from 0.44.11 -> 0.60.9

• All generator.yml files auto updated during this change.

[!CAUTION] This upgrade breaks the current //$stack-link-to: functionality. Have yet to fix

API Docs should now be updated to be formatted correctly while maintaining formatting on all other pages.

[!IMPORTANT] Upgrade Fern to 0.60.9, update generators.yml files, and adjust API documentation layout in style.css.

• Upgrade:
  • Fern version upgraded from 0.44.11 to 0.60.9.
  • Updates generators.yml files in admin, client, server, and webhooks to new format.
• CSS Changes:
  • Adjusts .fern-endpoint-code-snippets to display side-by-side on larger screens and stacked on mobile in style.css.
  • Fixes layout for REST API pages in style.css to ensure proper column distribution and prevent overflow.
• Known Issues:
  • //$stack-link-to: functionality is broken and not yet fixed.
