[BUG] Multiline missing space bug

Describe the bug I currently discovered a really strange behavior. That reuigeres a specific note structure. When I create a multi line flashcard, forgot the leading new line in front of it and also the note starts with a tag I get an additional entry for the decks named like the tag with one flashcard containing the complete note.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create note starting with a tag e.g. #Test that is not listed in Flashcards tags could contain anything after the Tag also nothing
2. Add a tag that is listed in Flashcards tags
3. Add a multi line flashcard without a new line between the tag above
4. Open Review flashcards view
5. See additional deck named like tag #Test

Expected behavior I know that the multi line flashcards need the new line between the tag for separating just wanted to share this. Because I think this is really strange behavior.
