[FEAT] More Context on Flashcards through the use of Note Tags

I know it could be difficult to implement displaying tags at the flashcard level, so in the meantime i think being able to see all the note's tags in which the flashcard lives could be a great addition to the flashcard context other than the use of headings.

Example

I have a tagged note

with a couple of flashcards...

Then, If i review any of these note flashcards, it could be great to be able to see the tags in this flashcard context

I think this might be configurable in the settings with a turn on/off button

I feel this feat combined with the use of headings could facilitate yet more the recall, and also would help to type less by providing more automatic context to the card
