Known issue: `label below` does not work for `\annotate`

Could not figure out how to get the combination of \EAlabelanchor and pgf math to work, either it complained about \EAlabelanchor \EAwesteast fusing into southeast, or with any attempts at fixing it it wouldn't compile anymore.
