Describe the bug

SSV node manages to handshake, but fails to make any request with websocket: close 1006 (abnormal closure): unexpected EOF.

I'm experiencing this in kubernetes with ssv-node:latest-ubuntu (v0.1.10 equivalent ) and ethereum client-go:release-1.10. I think it's keeping my operator from working. Is there any workaround or fix?
