라는 오류는 왜 뜨는 걸까요?

저도 동일한 오류가 발생하여서 다른 방법으로 진행했습니다.

1. git clone 진행
2. $ python setup.py install 설치
3. git clone 진행한 폴더 안에서 실행(단, passport key 이슈가 발생하여서 추가하셔야 합니다.)
