How to estimate power consumption of the Samba element in SST?

I modified the Samba element to achieve a re-defined MMU, but I can not find how to estimate and compare the power of the new MMU with tradictional MMU. Is there any solutions?

One way to estimate power is to use tools like CACTI; the Samba model is merely a performance model, and does not contain detailed power modeling.
