Support for self-managed Websocket bridge

We're unable to use AWS API Gateway WS (SST v1) or AWS IoT (SST v2) as the websocket bridge for Live Lambda Debugging. Support for a self-managed websocket bridge would unblock Live Lambda Debugging for our use case.
