Announcement: Moving comment threads to Discourse

Hi guys,

Serverless Stack is going to be getting a brand new forum.

And we are going to be moving the chapter comments from GitHub issues over to a new forum. GitHub issues isn't really built for community discussions. Having a separate community for Serverless Stack is something that gets requested often.

Over the next few days we will:

• Close the current chapter comment threads with a link to the new forum threads
• Redirect the tutorial to point to the new forum

We will still use GitHub issues for developing/contributing to the actual tutorial.
