"Network Error" from Client reading or writing to DynamoDB

Is anything special needed when running on Windows via Git Bash (similar to API where "/" appended to YOUR_API_GATEWAY_URL and leading "/" removed from path-template)? With these changes, the API ran successfully for all routes. But Client always returns "Network Error" with listing or adding a Note.

I've been trying to set up CloudWatch logs - not having much success so far

@aaalveee Can I see the full command you are running? And are you on Windows as well?
