opencode pressing single Z character does an undo

opencode version 1.0.149 system: thinkpad x1 carbon gen7 os: omarchy

i dont have clear steps to reproduce, but i was changing windows, changing modes plan/build, and suddenly i notice that by pressing z while normally typing, it was doing a redo, then i naively did an actual ctrl + z thinking it was someway persistently activated and it closed the process (which was actually normal) but then when i reenter opencode, the error wasn't there anymore, even if i join the session, everything was back to normal.

even if i do not provide clear steps i wanted to open this issue just to see if anyone else have this problem.
