Unable to click links shown in CLI output in VSCode integrated terminal

When running sst dev, I'm unable to cmd + click the links shown for deployed services. The pointer for clicking resets before actually clicking, and there is a rapid flickering - it looks like the terminal output is refreshing constantly.

This is on 0.1.90 and recent ones before that with the newer UI.

This was not an issue in the old CLI ui (0.1.17).
