Add support for Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD)

Hello,

There is only one implementation of an LLTD responder for Linux (provided by Microsoft, buggy and lacking in features) and none for FreeBSD and I believe it would be useful for embedded routers running these OSes.

Please consider adding support for this protocol in the ladvd daemon. Thanks

Interesting suggestion. I'll have to read some documentation to see how much work this is, but it sounds like a great feature addition.

This would be something for the 1.1 release though because of the amount of work involved.
