Update OpenSAND

The testbed environment needs to be updated to OpenSAND 5.2 which may also have new installation/configuration requirements.

There are definitely a lot of new installation/configuration requirements as OpenSAND has moved to kibana for metric collection from OpenSAND collector. While this would be nice to have, I'll be keeping with 5.1 for the near-term - but pull reqs are always welcome.
