[Docs] Change directory issue: Code Canvas should be Code-Canvas

In the README.md file. Changing directory is not working because it is lacking the dash (-). It should be Code-Canvas not Code Canvas. By fixing this issue, we can avoid the frustration when setting up the project locally, especially for those who are beginner to open source. It will also improve the documentation quality.
