[GSSOC'23] Text to Speech Converter Website

Describe the project you want to add with tech stack A text-to-speech converter website uses HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Expected behavior After writing some text as the input to the converter and selecting the voice (male/female) the device will speak the text.

I would like to add this as a project to the website 🤗😀. Also, I will improve the styling to make it professional.
