Publish sshoogr plugin to Gradle Plugin Portal

I am getting tired of having to add a buildscript block when I could just have done

}

Already there except that the published version is a SNAPSHOT one 😐 https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/com.aestasit.sshoogr
