.xml.npy file issue!!!

In your mask_rcnn.py file you have changed all the annotations files to end with .xml.npy: my first issue is , why did you did that and secondly how to generate these .xml.npy files as they are not present in the dataset!!

If I remember correctly the annotations were saved to .npy files for faster processing as reading individual text files repeatedly was much slower. The .npy files are not provided in this repository
