PORTUS_DELETE_ENABLED=true not working

When passed in as environment args, this option does not work. there is no trash can and no way to delete a user.

Expected: http://port.us.org/features/7_disabling_users.html

This version is forked from SUSE/Portus before they added this feature. Therefore, the delete feature will not work until this fork is rolled forwards.

I think there may be an official container for SUSE/Portus now?
