  • Open (AGPLv3) code seems to rely on non-open code (custom enterprise license) which enforces arbitrary limits.
  • Project homepage/github-readme/license make no mention of additional licensing involved nor limits.
  • Potential author re-licensing without having gained permission/grant (CLA added later).
