Bug: when `"inline_output": true`, opening the Command Palette always opens *Helium Output*

When "inline_output": true, opening the Command Palette always opens the Helium Output buffer, which is completely unused in that scenario. Closing it doesn't help: the next Command Palette activation opens Helium Output again.

This thing is disabled in a rough way in this commit yet https://github.com/sschuhmann/Helium/blob/de05e6795037b1decef29903f14c9ab8e41f68ff

I just never had a time to make it in a right way.

FYI: The whole view-settings branch is about this.
